There were a few missteps with scheduling the work—they didn’t show up Monday due to it raining, and then yesterday when they were supposed to come, I still hadn’t seen them. I contacted Lee, and he had the team come ASAP, and within a few hours, they were going and finished up today. I would give them 4.5 stars due to the original miscommunication, but since Lee fixed it pretty fast, I didn’t quite feel a 4 was appropriate, so 5 it is. I would call them again for sure!”
